This recipe for Chocolate-Almond Torte came from the December 2009 Food Network Magazine. This is a gluten-free cake and is very rich. I highly recommend serving with whipped cream or Cool Whip (although a friend of mine says that Cool Whip isn't food).
I wasn't so impressed by this recipe. I personally think it's because I didn't grind the almonds fine enough.
